Product Description
MIKIMOTO
Mikimoto
This is a long-lasting design that has survived from the Showa era to the present day: a wreath-shaped Mikimoto vintage brooch made of 14-karat gold.
Compared to current 18-karat gold pieces, vintage ones have deeper彫り (carving/engraving) and possess a classical elegance.
It features beautiful Akoya pearls with a soft luster.
At the time this brooch was made, pearls were cultivated over a longer period than modern pearls, so they have a thicker nacre, and even after many years, they display a rich, lustrous glow.
This design is still sold today, with the 18K white gold version retailing for 413,600 yen.
The Akoya pearls are approximately 5.5mm in size, and the delicate leaf engraving adds to the beauty of this brooch.
The Mikimoto hallmark is on the back of the leaf.
This is a used item. It is a secondary distribution from a reputable jewelry store. It has been appraised, and sometimes sorted.
When delivered, it will be finished and made as beautiful as possible.
We believe you can acquire high-quality jewelry at a significantly lower price.
